Present at the 2025 TXST STEM Conference
Disciplines Represented at the 2025 TXST STEM Conference
We know transformative discoveries happen when we work across disciplines to solve problems. While we support students engaged in multi-disciplinary research, due to the large number of student presentations, all abstracts are required to align with a single discipline. This allows for the abstract to be assigned to the appropriate on-site judges.
Fields represented include those in the Department of Education’s Classification of STEM Instructional Programs broadly falling within engineering, biological sciences, mathematics, and physical sciences, or a related field. In general, related fields will include fields involving research, innovation, or development of new technologies using engineering, mathematics, computer science, or natural sciences (including physical, biological, and agricultural sciences).
